APPLICATION
OC Creative Media, Inc. the “Company”, is offering qualified persons or firms including public agencies and institutions, the “Applicant”, the ability to request a sample video for one dollar, the “Offer”, as indicated by the appropriate Level 1 advertisement seen on this webpage: (http://occreativemedia.com/onedollar-corporate-videos.php). The “Company” makes certain that this is not a guarantee, but an opportunity for the “Applicant” to request the “Offer”. Upon the successful submission, receipt and approval of an application, the “Company” will then contact the “Applicant”.
